I must say, staying at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. The rooms on an upper level come with a patio, which is great, but the carpet had a bad smell, and some normal amenities like an alarm clock or cups were missing. The service was pretty good, with shops and commercial services available, a nice welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance. The location, while convenient in the middle of a national park with excellent views, can be too hot for some. The dining experience was a letdown with very mediocre food, although some traditional fish was served. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Death Valley, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to key attractions. The rooms are comfortable and come with balconies on upper levels, although maintaining temperature could be improved. The service is attentive, with various shops and commercial services available, but tours and ticket assistance could be more comprehensive. The dining options are somewhat lackluster with very mediocre food, but made-to-order sandwiches are a saving grace. The facilities are adequate, catering to basic needs but lacking in some areas.

The rooms, while located in an oasis of green on an upper level, lacked basic amenities like an alarm clock and cups, and the carpet had an unpleasant smell. The hotel is in a prime area for a Death Valley visit, offering excellent views of the surrounding mountains. While the rooms are maintained with a balcony in a lush green setting, they lack usual amenities like an alarm clock or cups, and the carpet had a bad smell.
